Be returned in the original packaging with all accessories included
Include the original order number or valid proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Clearance or final sale items
Products returned without prior authorization
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is for any other reason (such as a change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange:

Wait for return authorization and detailed instructions from our team.
Ship the item back to the return address provided.
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
