What is SuperBox?
SuperBox is an Android TV box built for home entertainment. Connect it to your TV and the internet to stream supported apps and enjoy a smooth viewing experience.
Is SuperBox legal?
SuperBox is a legal Android TV device. Like any streaming device, legality depends on the content source and how it is accessed. We do not encourage illegal downloading or redistribution.
Are you an official or authorized seller?
Yes. We are an officially authorized seller and we provide support for orders placed directly through our website.
Do I need a smart TV?
No. You only need a TV with HDMI (or AV) input and an internet connection.
Is a VPN required?
No. A VPN is not required to use SuperBox.
What internet speed do I need?
For smooth streaming, we recommend 40 Mbps or higher. Live HD streaming may require faster speeds depending on your network and quality settings.

Setup & Troubleshooting

How do I connect SuperBox to WiFi?
Go to Settings → Network & Internet, turn on WiFi, select your network, and enter your password.
Channels load but the screen is black. What should I do?
Restart your SuperBox and router. Then forget the WiFi network on the device and reconnect.
How do I change the time zone and fix the time?
Settings → Device Preferences → Date & Time, then select the correct time zone.
What does “Device Prohibits (202)” mean?
If purchased from our website, contact support with your order number and MAC address for assistance. If purchased elsewhere, please contact the original seller.

How do I place an order?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and major credit or debit cards. If a card fails, linking it to PayPal often resolves the issue.
How long does shipping take?
Processing typically takes 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on location.
How do I track my order?
Use your order number and email on the tracking page, or enter the tracking number once your order ships.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. SuperBox includes a one-year warranty for eligible hardware issues. Contact support first for troubleshooting.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly. If your order was placed within 24 hours, contact us and we will try to help.
How safe is my personal information?
We use SSL encryption to protect your data during checkout. We do not store your payment details on our servers.
